Following feedback from planning officers at Buckinghamshire Council, the design of the previously proposed homes has been revisited, and the layout altered. This includes a new location for the vehicle entrance.

The accommodation will be varied and include 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses and 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. They will have a widespread appeal. We are particularly keen on attracting first time buyers.  Affordable housing will also be included, and  targeted at existing local residents

The architecture of the 259 new homes (reduced from 290 in the previous application) has been worked to fit in with their location within the revised site layout. The apartments have been redesigned to be more contemporary in character, and relocated to have an improved outlook and setting. The houses also redesigned so they will sit comfortably alongside the new apartments, and to create more cohesive and less mixed street scenes.Parking provision for residents and visitors will be provided in onsite parking spaces and in garages.

Parking will also be provided for blue badge holders, in accordance with Buckinghamshire Council standards. Each new home will include cycle parking, as well a charging point for electric vehicles.
